Inspired by the diverse giftings outlined in Ephesians 4—Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Shepherd, and Teacher—we strive to integrate these roles into a cohesive, dynamic leadership team. This polycentric approach requires us to master both leading and following, fostering an environment of mutual respect and collaboration.
